The goal of the Paulo Salgueiro Show is to educate and inform the community on local issues/ local events/ and anything that could help improve their everyday lives through interviews with professionals in a specific field. For example, my background being in criminal justice I would like to have a security professional on-air discussing common practices one can take to protect themselves from identity theft/home invasion, etc. Another goal is to have an open dialogue about issues among professionals. For example, during elections I would like to host an on air political debate with candidates. I want to discuss a wide range of current and relevant topics that our listeners want to hear and that will be educational/ informational to our listeners. At the end of the program I want our listeners to have to have learned something new.
